"double pump" solution changed, it was breaking shit
+ GCD happens after firing a weapon instead of switching to a weapon
+ GCD is 0.3 seconds after firing, you cannot fire again (Automatic weapons have logic to work with this dont worry)
Sweeper (reverting some nerfs)
+ pellet damage 4 -> 6
+ gravity 1.2 to 1.0
+ speed 3500 -> 5000 (original speed)
Misc Changes
+ Charlie has a new look & new skin :D
+ Christmas music removed from mechanyon holiday event
+ moved james' tombstone lol
+ Metallic Palette (in testing)
+ Skins support metallic
+ Ragdoll now inherits explosive forces on death
+ Ragdolls now play sounds on impact
+ Rounds with 60 seconds left play a jingle (currently placeholder)
+ Death/Hurt sounds now have an internal 0.35 second cooldown
Balance Changes:
+ New weapon: SiMP (Blaise weapon)
Blaise:
+ 100 -> 110 Health
+ Runspeed 800 -> 900 units per second
+ Regen 1 -> 2 health per second up to 70
+ Jump power 480 -> 600
SiMP: (Small insignificant machine pistol)
+ Short Range burst pistol (3 round burst)
+ 6 Damage max range, 3 minimum range
+ Deals 2x damage to enemies on fire (Total 18 per burst max range, 36 per burst close range)
+ 106 DPS highest in the game if they're on fire
